Terms of Service for FlatDealHelp

Welcome to FlatDealHelp, your trusted source for legal guidance in apartment purchase processes. Our operations are based at Limmatquai 74, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with any product or service.

1. Services

Our services include personalized consultations, document review, and step-by-step guidance tailored to apartment purchase procedures. Consultations may be conducted in person, by phone, or through online meetings.

Rescheduling: Clients may request a new appointment time up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without incurring an extra charge. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may incur a rescheduling fee equal to the original consultation fee.

Refunds: If a session is canceled by the client with at least 48 hours notice, we will issue a refund of the full fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% refunded within 14 days. If FlatDealHelp cancels a session, clients may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

2. Informational Products

We offer digital guides, checklists, and templates that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Due to their digital nature, all sales of informational products are final. However, if a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a working replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion if a request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Goods

FlatDealHelp may offer printed materials, books, or other physical items related to apartment purchase. These items are shipped via standard courier services.

Damaged or Defective Items: Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged or defective. Upon confirmation, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation. Customers should send back the item in its original packaging to the address above; shipping costs for sending back will be covered by FlatDealHelp when the issue is our error. In all other cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer and shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. General Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form or by phone at +41768915597. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. This policy overrides any other statements that conflict with these terms.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlatDealHelp and its team are not liable for any indirect or incidental harm arising from the use of our offerings. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.
